By using this website and engaging Hardline Advisory LLC for consulting services, you agree to the following terms.
We provide business consulting, operations advisory, and access to our proprietary platform on a month-to-month basis. Specific deliverables are defined in the engagement agreement signed at onboarding.
Setup fees are due at engagement start. Monthly subscription fees are billed in advance. The $500 consultation fee is non-refundable but applied as a credit toward your setup fee if you proceed with a paid engagement within 30 days.
You may cancel month-to-month subscriptions at any time with 30 days written notice. No long-term contracts are required.
Consulting recommendations are advisory in nature. Implementation and outcomes depend on your execution. We do not guarantee specific revenue results, and our liability is limited to the fees paid in the prior 30 days.

These terms and any disputes arising from the engagement between you and Hardline Advisory LLC are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
